We're looking for a Lead Recruitment Business Partner on permanent basis to work On-site in Rocester.
A day in the life of a Lead Recruitment Business Partner at Guidant Global includes…
Managing the recruitment life cycle for a designated account and building strong, long-standing relationships.
Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Support the Client Services Manager in fulfilling account objectives; managing the day-to-day operations of the account, including the requisition fulfilment process.
- Manage a team of recruitment partners.
- To support the Client Service Manager (CSM) in the recruitment of the dedicated account team
- Provide a quality consultative recruitment service in-line with the requirements of the client and company
- Consistently provide outstanding candidate and worker experience
- Develop and continually review an applicant attraction strategy that is fit for purpose to ensure that client requirements are met
- Prepare and facilitate the ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment of suitably skilled candidates, ensuring optimum levels of workers are available to meet the client needs
- Ensuring that all relevant worker checks have been completed prior to organising interviews or placing in a booking/position
- Develop strategic and collaborative relationships with customers (candidates, workers, clients, suppliers & colleagues)
- Build and establish key supplier relationships both with group and external suppliers where required
- Act as a dedicated client escalation point and effectively manage issues and queries to resolution, deputising for the CSM in their absence
- Ensure adherence to all current employment laws, legislative or otherwise is maintained
- Ensure effective communication with the workforce, client, colleagues and suppliers and best practice is shared
What we're looking for
We require a proactive and established recruiter able to work on their own initiative. Someone who can build professional relationships by naturally building rapport with the team, workers, client, & suppliers and therefore proven experience of excellent stakeholder management skills will be essential.
You need to have previous recruitment experience, as well as being highly organised, reliable and have a good level of MS Office experience.
Although not essential you may also have some Team Leader/Mentoring experience.
