Job Purpose
Provide support for all medical affairs projects initiated within the UK. Support Logistics Specialist with Business wide activities.
Job Accountabilities
Project Administration
- Undertake key administrative activities for allocated projects including set up of vendors, purchase orders, venue management, health care professional management including contracts and travel
- Ensure that all internal processes for event approval and management are completed (P3) and appropriate payments made
- Reconciliation of all documentation pertaining to each event (P3)
Compliance and Pharmacovigilance
- Gain and maintain a thorough understanding of Sandoz compliance processes and ensure all activities are in line with this
- Acquire understanding and capability in Zinc approval system and Sandoz compliance system (P3)
Medical Affairs Project support
- Collaborate with medical affairs team members to provide support across all areas of medical activity
- Work closely with project owners from project outset to ensure all processes and milestones are fulfilled
- Present updated status for each medical project at monthly medical affairs team meeting
- Proactively identify and raise any project related issues with appropriate medical affairs team member
- Maintain medical projects master database to allow tracking of each individual activity to ensure that activity takes place in line with all local requirements
- In conjunction with medical team members, ensure that all medical projects are entered into database and that project status is updated regularly

We are looking for an individual who can meet the following criteria:
- A degree in Life Sciences
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, able to work well within a team and use own initiative.
- Willingness to work with cross functional teams
