We have a new vacancy for An MI and Reporting Analyst to join our team in Basingstoke. the role will involve Working within the Planning and Reporting team to support completion of accurate management information for delivery of all operational MI relating to the SLF UK account and achievement of the team's service levels.

Your Role With Us:

  • Achievement of the Teams SLAs .
  • Completion of the Daily management information for delivery to Diligenta & SLF UK management teams.
  • Assist in completion of all Monthly MI reports that are required for the SLF UK account.
  • Production of Ad Hoc MI and Forecasting requests.
  • Assist in the development of Jaspersoft reports, administration of BaNCS, Compass & Worktracker in line with business requirements as well as supporting the Business Continuity programme for Basingstoke.
  • Provide accurate and high quality output.
  • Complete analysis & MI to help drive a cost effective working environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Knowledge of Computer Packages such as Microsoft Office in particular Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce management information reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to take on-board product and process knowledge and apply it quickly
  • Ability to learn and effectively navigate multiple computer systems
  • Proven planning and prioritisation skills to ensure effective time management
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated

The Location:

You will be based on our client's site, Winterthur House. The office is situated just a few hundred yards from the Festival Place Shopping Centre and is a 3 minutes' walk from the train station.
Winterthur House has an onsite restaurant and its own private gardens. The office is just over a mile away from junction 6 of the M3 Motorway and a few minutes away from the mainline railway station, providing fast and frequent rail service to London, Waterloo.
