The UK's trusted Ministry of Defence partner, MBDA, are looking for a skilled Network Solutions PMO (Programme Management Officer) to correspond network strategy for the company by performing with the national operations teams. In addition to supplying considerable UK-based endeavours and drive visionary non-standard solutions.

As a Network Solutions PMO, the successful candidate will coordinate network-driven projects with suppliers, internal customers, and other technical teams. Manage the implementation and be the sole local proprietor for the End-to-End project management strategy.

What you'll get to do as a Network Solutions Programme Management Officer:

  • Provide the successful implementation of the PMO's approach, commitments, services, and deliverables.
  • Track Programme reporting and assist the team in conveying to Senior Management and stakeholders and track financial reporting.
  • Deliver and sustain capacity planning and resource tracking.
  • Update and support the Risk Log, Action Log, Decisions Log, and Issue Register
  • Ensure cross-programme dependencies are managed accurately.
  • Provide Project planning, Milestone management, Scope management, Financial Management, and Change Management across the project portfolio.

What we're looking for:

  • Established track record for planning, executing, and controlling projects and the ability to manage a project and its components simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in managing the complete lifecycle of a project.
  • Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and programme plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies.
  • Highly proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS project
  • Tactful ability to impact others at all levels of the business.
  • Robust and verified mastery of building lasting relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Contain expert knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change.
  • You must be a UK national or citizen and resided in the U.K. for at least five years to be eligible for the role (SC clearance requirement)
