🔄 Work Mode: Hybrid (Office-based & Remote)
🕒 Hours: 37 hours/week, Monday to Friday
🔐 DBS: Yes, Adult Enhanced required
Role Highlights:
- 🌍 Community-based role
- ✅ Minimum of 4 new enablement assessments per week + revisiting existing cases
- 🎯 Set SMART goals with clients & support achievement through therapeutic interventions
- 📋 Use therapy plans to support adults aged 18+
Person Specification:
- 🧑⚕️ HCPC registered Occupational Therapist with ≥2 years post-qualifying experience (essential)
- 🚗 Full driving license (essential)
- 🔍 Experience in rehabilitation or enabling teams (desirable)
