Our client, a multinational pharmaceutical company, is seeking a professional PA with some Project Management experience, to join their fast paced growing business.

Initially, this role will be based in Frimley, Surrey. However, from the end of November it will relocate with the business to Central London. If you are London based, initial travel to Frimley will be covered via expenses.

This opportunity it initially temporary, but could be extended to become a long term role, or potentially made permanent.

Key Accountabilities:

· Effectively manage the leadership team calendar of events.
· Own and manage the planning, co-ordination and delivery of events and projects, either on or off site.
· Together with the leadership team, develop cross divisional strategic initiatives to improve Customer Satisfaction.
· Develop and promote innovative ideas across the divisions and with our stakeholders and customers to strengthen service delivery.
· Manage cross divisional initiatives promoting collaboration across the organisation.
· Responsible for managing the leadership team Board meetings and tracking of actions.
· Ensure key periodic activities, e.g. monthly/quarterly KPI reporting, are fully supported and delivered against.
· Manage purchase ordering, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
· Coordinate on/off-boarding of new associates into the department.
· Work with the leadership team on ad hoc projects.
· Work with the leadership team to support and / or undertake ad hoc training on new systems, as appropriate.

The Ideal Candidate:

· Candidates should have strong working knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Demonstrated Project Management expertise
· Demonstrated ability to build relationships with internal and external partners at all levels.
· Experience in working effectively with executive management.
· Ability to develop/articulate a vision and translate into practical actions steps and results.
· Solid understanding of effective communication strategies and tactics for internal and external events and stakeholder management.
