Role Profile:

As a Paid Media Manager (Contractor), you'll take ownership of high-spending brand campaigns within company's centralised digital marketing team. Working up to 3 days a week for 3 months, you'll lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of paid media channels across Search, Social, and Display, driving exceptional results and exceeding industry benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage paid media strategies across multiple brands and channels.
  • Lead the creation, optimisation, and scaling of campaigns to achieve business objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and make strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated marketing strategies.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and apply best practices to enhance campaign performance.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI across all paid media activities.

As a contractor, you'll work alongside Senior Paid Media Managers and other digital marketing experts to:

  • Refine advanced paid media skills and strategies.
  • Gain deeper insights into digital marketing and cross-channel integration.

What do I need?

  • Proven experience in managing paid media channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Display).
  • Advanced skills in:
    • Campaign strategy, creation, and optimisation.
    • Keyword planning and audience targeting.
    • Budget management and ROI analysis.
    • Data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Analytics.
    • Excel and Google tools for campaign tracking and performance analysis.
  • Strong communication abilities to present complex concepts and insights clearly.
  • A strategic mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.

What Makes You Stand Out

  • A deep understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies.
  • Previous experience with B2B, Event marketing, or equivalent understanding of long purchase journeys.
  • A passion for innovation and challenging the status quo in digital marketing.
