The Family Support Worker will assist in delivering the Separated Parent Information Programme (SPIP), a four hour course for parents going through separation and have contact issues with their children. The programme helps parents to understand how to put their children first and learn the essential principles of how to manage conflict and difficulties. - By overseeing group participants, handing out course materials and providing help when needed.
- By taking registers and collecting feedback forms.
- By being responsible for the safe keeping and handling of a range of resources and equipment.
- By handling keys and help in setting up rooms in preparation for the course.
- By organising refreshments for participants.

- Ability to use Microsoft I.T applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information.
- A good understanding of data protection and how to manage personal and sensitive information correctly.
- Full driving licence and own vehicle to transport course equipment and resources.
