Payroll Administrator
Location: Broughton (60% onsite)
Hours: 35 per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm)
Pay: £16.61/hr PAYE or £22.22/hr Umbrella
Security Clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security)

What You'll Be Doing
- Processing Payroll: Accurately input monthly payroll data into SAP Payroll and manage statutory absences using SAP and Workday.
- Supporting Colleagues: Provide responsive support to our payroll and HR teams, handling high-volume payroll queries for over 1,500 workers.
- Maintaining Records: Ensure payslips are uploaded promptly and employee records are kept up to date in SAP and Workday.
- Data Validation: Carry out checks to ensure data accuracy before payroll runs.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute ideas and support ongoing improvements in our processes.
What We're Looking For
- Payroll Experience: Previous experience in a payroll environment, especially with high-volume queries.
- Tech Savvy: Confident using computerised payroll systems (SAP and Workday preferred) and Google Applications.
- Team Player: Collaborative, supportive, and always willing to help others.
- Attention to Detail: Organised, accurate, and able to work to deadlines.
