A day in the life of a Payroll and Contractor Coordinator at Guidant Global includes…
- Supporting a 900+ monthly payroll, consisting of PAYE and Umbrella workers
- Updating and maintenance of the Vendor Management System
- Ensuring payroll data is accurately and timely processed
- Answering queries from PAYE / Umbrella workers, and suppliers to include: payment and tax, expenses, statutory payments, pensions, holidays etc.
- Supporting new starter compliance, including Right To Work documents, payroll set up, and onboarding/offboarding
- Supporting financial activities such as invoicing, supplier self bills, PO updates and credit control
- Supporting Business Support Manager and Client Services Director on ad hoc project
What we're looking for:
- Previous Payroll / Finance or administration experience
- Confidence in dealing with and owning worker queries
- Contract Administration advantageous
- MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of GDPR and RTW compliance would be an advantage
