Guidant Global is working with the UK's busiest airport, looking for an experienced Partner and Caseworker Advisor to provide advice and guidance to managers on non-complex cases connected with disciplinary, grievance, punctuality etc., through to delivering the complete end-to-end centralised administration process to support the Employee Relation Team in London who manage the complex cases.
As a Partner and Casework Advisor, the candidate will have exceptional customer service/administration skills and is looking to develop their career further. Although experience within the HR / Casework environment would be an advantage, it is optional as full training will be delivered. - The role will also support you to be involved in continually improving the way the client delivers solutions. To build confidence and encourage you to give opinions, proactively identify improvements, and help implement and drive forward to provide better customer outcomes.

- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Knowledge of HR Case Management systems.
- You must have resided in the UK for at least three years.
