Key responsibilities
- Implement the product(s)/service(s) on our technology platform(s)
- Deliver calculation automation
- Troubleshoot and resolve client queries and issues
- Support Project Managers and Implementation Consultants through the efficient delivery of project tasks
- Follow Evolve procedures and produce documents applicable for project and quality gates
Key tasks
- Analyse Calculation requirements
- Undertake system configuration, data analysis, and testing
- Upload and download system data
- Collate and combine scheme and data information from various sources
- Support the production of requirement documentation
- Participate in client meetings and project status calls
- Liaise with clients, third parties and our departments
Essential
MS Excel -
- Can draft an automated excel calculator with basic formula
- Demonstrate the ability to use filters, sorting, pivot tables (rows, columns, grouping, filters and totalling), lookups, control totals, IF and nested IF statements and formatting of cells to specific guidelines
- Can manipulate data with good data accuracy
Handling sensitive client data/Data Management -
- Experience of handling sensitive client data
- Understanding DPA and its role in this sector
- Follow all Information Security and GDPR policies and guidelines
- Apply CES and our Group Standards for data management
Time Management
- Complete weekly time recording
- Prioritise heavy workloads effectively
- Provide examples of priority calls, how they were communicated and their outcomes
- Understand the use of calendars and prioritised task lists and demonstrate their everyday practical application
Pensions and/or employee benefits administration processes/software
- pension member records and their set up
- the relationships between members, Trustees, schemes, actuaries, funds and investments
- different types of Pension Schemes
- different types of member status' and applicable calculations for each
