We are looking to recruit a Personal Assistant - PA.

As a Personal Assistant, you will deliver a highly professional and efficient customer focused service on behalf of the Hyde Group by providing high quality and proactive PA support to multiple Directors.
You will also act as the main point of contact for office related issues connected to facilities and disaster recovery.
Duties of a Personal Assistant - PA:
- Diary Management - scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handling all meeting administration including organisation, preparation and facilitation.
- Minute and note taking at meetings.
- Managing travel and overnight accommodation arrangements.
- Ensure all correspondence is handled in a proactive and responsive manner.
- Draft letters to key stakeholders, MPs, residents and staff on behalf of the Directors.
- Prepare and produce documents / presentations as required.
- Co-ordinate and provide administration for Senior Management Team meetings.
- Co-ordinate, support and assist with projects as designated by the Directors.
Candidates will need to be proficient with MS Office packages including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, as well as digital systems and computer applications, including Microsoft Teams and other video conferencing platforms.
