Lead the Portfolio Managers across the region to drive maximum occupancy and revenue through the delivery of KPI's and implementation of the regional sales strategy.

Work in partnership with the Head of Operations /AOM's to deliver exceptional member experience across the region.

Provide inspiring leadership and direction across the regional team.

Grow/develop talent to ensure the ongoing achievement and alignment of the business objectives.

What you can expect as our Internal Portfolio Lead

  • Support the Head of UK Portfolio in the direction and implementation of the sales strategy providing all
  • relevant insight and product information for your region including obtaining market and competitor
  • analysis from Portfolio Managers
  • Lead and develop your teams to deliver excellent occupancy and retention rates, set targets and KPIs that
  • motivate your team and deliver above the expectations of TOG, including the management of resourcing and people development across your region
  • The role demands a candidate that is a real team player and someone who can lead by example.
  • The role will require the candidate to conduct tours and account manage a small cluster of buildings within their region.
  • Strong awareness of the commercial performance for the region, ability to communicate forecasts and budgets to Portfolio Manager's and ensure delivery of objectives within the financial budget constraints
  • Provide commercial and market knowledge to the Portfolio Managers within your team and the wider sales department to ensure they are fully equipped to deliver their objectives

  • Leadership and people management ·
  • Commercial skills gained in the same/similar industry ·
  • Complete understanding of estate management, rental negotiations and achieving customer satisfaction · MS Office, in particular Word and Excel · Exposure to problem resolution · Previous team management desirable
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills ·
  • Extensive member facing and customer service expertise ·
  • Extensive idea generating abilities within the same business type · HR techniques, including recruitment, people development, talent management and resourcing · Multi-site management
