Accountable for driving sales, retention, and maximum occupancy across the area in line with KPI's and targets withthe overriding objective of exceeding budgeted revenue and minimising member turnover. Working in partnership with the Head of Sales, Building Teams, and Central Sales team to ensure an excellent member experience is consistently achieved.

What you can expect as our Portfolio Manager

  • Responsible for all member viewings across your dedicated area to drive new business, preparing proposals in conjunction with space planners and client alteration team for any bespoke works.
  • Manage all negotiations and closing of new business contracts, handing over to the appropriate operational team once full compliance checks are completed.
  • Working in partnership with the Operations team, proactively utilising your client relationships to supportmembers on agreed expansions and downsizing projects.
  • Ensure member relationships and retention are optimised by providing excellent member experience and engagement within your area, holding regular formal and informal commercial reviews understanding anyreasons for possible terminations and preventing where possible.
  • Accountable for all renewals across the area by driving and maximising licence fee revenue above set budgets and communicating any member changes to the Building Teams.
  • Create an agile sales strategy which anticipates influential member changes utilising all commercial options available including implementing a dynamic pricing structure across your entire area.
  • Maintain a constant awareness of competitor markets and products near your area, and create a commercially astute sales strategy based on these findings.
  • Manage commercially driven relationships with 3rd party brokers and agencies, having regular communication, proactively marketing the space within your area ·
  • Work together with IT Sales team to ensure a seamless business offer to both current and new members across your region ·
  • Develop and maintain an effective commercial relationship with the HoS to formalise strategy by building/floor/office to drive occupancy and rates, providing an excellent member experience ·
  • Communicate all relevant market insight and information to the central sales team with regards to the buildings within your area to ensure revenue opportunities are fully always maximised

  • Understanding of broker/agent supplier relationships ·
  • Commercial skills gained in the same/similar industry ·
  • Understanding of estate management, rental negotiations and achieving customer satisfaction ·
  • Collaborative working skills · Sales negotiation and contract management · MS Office, in particular Word and Excel
  • Extensive member facing and customer service expertise
  • Minimum of 5 GCES's or equivalent
