The role
Action for Children Guernsey provides a broad range of unique and innovative services for young people aged 16-25 who are experiencing difficulties in relation to accommodation, employment and seeks to specifically address drug and alcohol issues preventatively, directly and by signposting on to more specialist services.

You will make a difference by:

- Developing appropriate family plans to meet the needs of families referred to the service.
- Delivering creative, solution focused interventions.
- Taking part in multi-agencies meetings to support the families.
- Evidencing outcomes for the families.
You will need:

- Experience of supporting vulnerable people.
- A good understanding of the challenges and issues families face.
- Experience of building relationships quickly.
- The ability to identify needs and design appropriate plans.
- The right to work in Guernsey.
