My client, a well renowned organisation, is urgently seeking a Principal Docks Engineer on a full time basis to lead a Docks Engineering team.
As the role holder, you, will have hands on experience :
In managing engineering infrastructure and a team in water environment.
In managing historic and modern hydraulic, electrician and mechanical infrastructure.
Of ensuring docks machinery, equipment and infrastructure is operated and maintained safely and effectively.
Essential:
Related industry experience with excellent working knowledge of and skills in mechanical/hydraulic/marine/electrical maintenance in a docks environment.
This must include understanding of Health & Safety procedures and NEBOSH or equivalent accreditation, and also demonstrable ability of risk assessments and management in a docks environment.
