The UK's trusted Ministry of Defence partner, MBDA, is looking for an experienced Principal Electronics Components Engineer to advise and guide the team and MBDAs customers, ensuring the selection of suitable components based on risk.
What we're looking for:
- Knowledge of and experience with electronic components.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate regular face-to-face communication with all relevant partners
- Proficient abilities in composing clear and concise engineering documentation

What you'll get to do as a Principal Electronics Components Engineer:
As a Principal Electronics Components Engineer, the successful candidate will continue to maintain their knowledge in proficient areas and provide effectively to others, including participating in design reviews, training, and other development activities to enable MBDA to strengthen its capability.
Additional duties include the opportunity to support and lead international continuous improvement initiatives to help define best practices and manage the adoption and compliance of agreed methodologies across the teams on a global scale.
