The Role

We're looking for a Business, Projects or Supply Chain grad to join us as a Product Launch and Transfer Graduate to help the New Product Launch Team with the successful execution of new product launches and manufacturing site transfers.

Graduate interns learn quickly from their manager and hands-on experience with the wider business, making them more skilled, experienced and employable within and outside Sandoz.

Your role will include:

Setting up new Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) in SAP.

Tracking and reporting launch/transfer status to key local and regional stakeholders.

Order placement and close collaboration with the manufacturing sites to ensure stock is received on time.

Ensuring all launch documentation appropriately completed by key stakeholders such as Supply Chain, Finance, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Patient Safety.

Submitting new products for standards and compliance sign off

Supporting the New Product Launch Team with the successful execution of new product launches and manufacturing site transfers.

Adherence to processes and acts in line with company values and behaviours.

Timely completion of launch and transfer activities with close attention to detail.

Clearly communicate and build trust with local and regional stakeholders.

Education & Qualifications

A degree related to, Business, Project Management, Supply Chain or Life Sciences.

Experience

Experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry / Supply Chain / Project Management is desirable but not essential!

  • Ability to be flexible and multi-task within a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communication to a wide range of stakeholders
  • Proactive problem solving and comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Open to receiving feedback and demonstrate self-awareness
  • Curious and keen to understand the Pharmaceutical Industry, Supply Chain and product launches.
