Product Requirements Analyst Lead (Transformation)
Peterborough
Up to £41,000
Permanent, (Monday - Friday)
Hours are between 8am - 6pm

We are currently looking for a Product Requirements Analyst Lead to join our Transformation and Change team in Peterborough. The role will involve leading a Product Workstream on a Life & Pensions policy administration transformation programme to support the delivery of a migration from one policy administration system to another.

Your Role With Us:
* Managing the Product Technical Specialists (analysts) and assisting the team with resolving any queries.
* Track and provide reporting on the team's progress against the overall programme deliverables.
* Check data input and validate any product rationalisation suggested by the team.
* Contribute to the programme planning activity.
* Identify and track risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
* Liaise across multiple suppliers involved in a migration to resolve queries related to product specifications and their implementation within the policy administration systems.
* Actively undertake hands-on analysis alongside the Product Technical Specialists to ensure the team deliverables are completed to time and quality.

Experience -
* Strong knowledge of Life or Pension products
* A minimum of one years' experience of having managed a team of resources
* MS Excel to intermediate level
* Worked within a significant business change project/programme as a team leader
