As a Production Operative at our clients site you will be working as part of a team to craft and assemble hybrid engines that power some of the most recognisable cars on roads across the world.
Pay: Days - £13.01 per hour; Nights - £16.10 per hour; Standard overtime rate - £16.61 per hour (minimum)
You will be working rotating shifts Monday - Friday. Days 07.30 - 15.48 Nights 20.30 - 04.48 + mandatory overtime (up to two hours per shift as required). We also have a 3 shift operation in some areas where you will be expected to work 06.00-14.08, 14-22.08, 22.00-06.08.

We don't need people with experience but we're looking for people who can work accurately, calmly and enthusiastically to produce beautifully crafted engines for our motor vehicles. Working flexibly is integral to a role here as overtime is compulsory (up to two hours per shift) and shifts vary across weekdays.
