Guidant Global is proud to partner with Airbus to recruit a Production Scheduler for the Broughton site. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑performing logistics team supporting the assembly of Airbus wings-work that directly contributes to the success of future aircraft programmes.

What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth flow of parts, materials, and processes across the production line. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the delivery of all aircraft part commodities to achieve build, cost, and delivery targets.
- Leading or contributing to improvement projects aimed at enhancing business performance.
- Providing day‑to‑day support to operational areas to help achieve financial targets (e.g., man hours per set).
- Anticipating and responding to production rate changes while managing risks and opportunities.
- Ensuring the Airbus Operating System (AOS) is effectively deployed across relevant areas.
- Building strong working relationships with Airbus Procurement to mitigate supplier performance risks.
- Collaborating closely with the Logistic Service Provider (LSP) to ensure process adherence and resolve non‑conformances.
- Supporting continuous improvement in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) by identifying risks and enhancing processes.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone proactive, motivated, and ready to make an impact from day one. Essential qualities include:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-able to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
- A logical, methodical, and solutions‑oriented approach.
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset.
- Advanced Google Sheets capability (including macros & data manipulation).
- Experience with SAP Planning & Logistics (preferred).
- Industry background is flexible-planning experience is key.
- Ability to work autonomously and "hit the ground running".

Great Work-Life Balance
- 35‑hour week across 4.5 days (between 7am-7pm)
Competitive Pay
- £22.05 per hour (PAYE)
- £29.51 per hour (Umbrella)
Role Details
- Location: Broughton - onsite
- Contract: 12 months - potential for extension
- Clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security)
- Travel: None required
- Interview Process: One‑stage, onsite
