Responsibilities:
This role focuses on delivering person-centred, strengths-based support to service users, helping them achieve personal goals through individualised planning, assessments, and active engagement.
Key tasks include providing financial and welfare advice, supporting benefit claims and appeals, designing and delivering group programmes, and risk assessing all engagement activities. The position requires multi-agency collaboration, adherence to safeguarding and health & safety standards, efficient use of resources, and continuous professional development.
Staying informed on housing and welfare legislation is essential to provide accurate, impactful advice and support.
