My client is looking for a junior PM/ PM support who is enthusiastic, pro-active and has the ability to learn quickly. They will be assisting with the Airbus Support Centres (ASC) across 4 countries and supporting the manager in all project aspects. Someone with a risk understanding/background would be great as well as strong IT skills.

Accountabilities

· TASW is an operational organization within Military Aircraft Services accountable for the supervision and management at all related Airbus Support Centres (ASCs). TASW ensures the delivery of in-service support (ISS), satisfying key stakeholder expectations (operational and business performance). The creation of this new Centre of Competence is a critical and emblematic step in the evolution of Military Aircraft Services. All TASW team members require strong focus on safety and compliance, quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement, all aligned with Services vision and Strategy.

· Reporting to the Head of Integration and Governance, the job holder will play a transversal management role interacting with central CoCs, Services Program Office, Finance and the network of Airbus Support Centres (ASCs, which are located globally including UK, France, Germany, Spain, Turkey, Malaysia). The ability to communicate and coordinate with multinational and multicultural team members is needed.

· Drives and supports the standardization of coherent business operations methods and processes across the TASW ASC network.

· Monitoring and Reporting performance

Main activities

· Support in the definition and implementation of a robust TASW dashboard, integrating financial and operational KPIs in collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders.

· Develop and support the reporting model, including tools, processes and best practice records.

· Produce reports of performance for senior management (and sometimes customers)

· Develop and implement framework documents/guidelines to establish Way of Working, Procedures, RASCI, training & competences and general directives for any local team/ASC

· Cost control monitoring of ASCs, including booking hours, purchase orders (supporting Finance Department lead).

· Support in the development and management of a common Business Operating Model (OM), including resources, subcontract strategy, infrastructure, IT…

· Develop and support a clear and efficient resource and recruitment plan.

· Support the bidding/Offer process if/when required for new Customer Services opportunities.

· Manage standardized risk management tools and processes to:

· Ensure that the risk & opportunity process is followed consistently

· Maintain configuration control of the CoC risks

· Manage globally the CoC risk register ensuring that mitigation plans are in place

· Report to ERM forum when needed

· Support financial interface with Services Programmes and Finance, coordinating as needed with local ASC Heads and their teams.

· Support the development of engaging communications briefings for staff and colleagues

· Ensure integration of teams' activities and all data required to run CoC

Outputs

The jobholder will deliver:

· Monthly reports, OP, KPIs and EVM

· Common processes and technical KPIs

· Risk management dashboard for ERM forum

· Resourcing plan status

· Local implementation plan for any Digital/Innovation initiatives

· Investment portfolio monitoring

· ASCs frame Way of Working, Roles & Responsibilities

· Project Management Structure for initiatives

Organisation Structure

The jobholder is based in Brize Norton with regular company-paid travel to other sites including Madrid and the ASCs when needed. The post reports to the HO TASW Integration and Governance.

You would be expected to work a 35 hour week at a rate of £25.00 to £28.00 Ltd Company or £19.19 to £21.49 PAYE. The length of contract is initially for 24 months.
