Guidant Global is recruiting on behalf of a highly recognised university for a Project Manager for a 3-Month contract with an immediate start.

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Manage the planning and ongoing management of theUniForum Programme of works to ensure the required data is collected/submitted on time. This includes:
    • The co-ordination for preparation, testing and uploading of HR & Supplier data.
    • The organisation and execution of the activity collection survey.
    • Proactively managing risks to ensure successful delivery.
    • Overseeing and conducting quality reviews of collection responses and final submission.
  • Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate data collections.
  • Work closely with the External Engagement team to manage and co-create the project communications for all stakeholders and run associated events.
  • Provide support and guidance to colleagues involved in the UniForum programme throughout the collection, including the development of any associated materials and documents.
  • To conduct project monitoring, review, evaluation and identification of lessons learnt.
  • Ensuring a focus on people throughout delivering change while building trust and buy-in.

We're looking for candidates who have:

Successful delivery of large, full life cycle programmes and projects within a complex organisation.

Effective management of programmes using a variety of programme and project management methodologies, principles, and techniques.

Stakeholder management, able to work with senior leaders and peers in a collaborative and consultative manner that enables delivery.

Evidence of managing programme risk, benefits and governance.

Leadership of a programme team to achieve shared objectives. Influencing team members not under direct control.

Professional Project/Programme Management Qualification.

Planning, leading and delivering complex data projects.

Skills and abilities

Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present information effectively to a wide audience and the ability to coach, engage, encourage and bring along stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Self-management and problem-solving capability.

Highly collaborative, able to work with colleagues in a wide variety of contexts, delivering results that consider the widest needs of the organisation

Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, working under own direction and being comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty.
