We are currently looking to appoint a Programme Office Analyst to be based in Basingstoke, with occasional ad hoc travel to other sites as required. In this role, you will be responsible for producing a wide range of reports of varying complexity to a number of internal and external stakeholders at senior levels and the end customer and ensuring adherence to Project Office standards and Transformation and Change project life cycle.

Your Role With Us:

  • Actively contribute to the maintenance of Project Office governance and standards through ensuring accuracy of data and reported MI
  • In depth analysis of reporting inputs from delivery managers / work-stream leaders & various other sources
  • Produce high quality reports with appropriate content & the right level of details suited for the target audience
  • Produce consistently high quality programme level reports to the senior / Executive Management Team and other stakeholders by compiling inputs from delivery managers / work-stream leaders
  • As a member of the PMO Family, contribute to the setting and maintenance of best practice standards for Project or Programme Office Management or support within Transformation & Change
  • Enable and analyse regular monitoring of each Project or Programme against agreed measures
  • Maintain Issues and Risks logs across the programme by undertaking regular reviews, collecting regular updates from work-stream managers / delivery managers
  • Day to day interaction with various work-streams to ensure all changes to delivery scope are properly assessed and managed through the agreed change control mechanism.
  • Maintain complete suite of programme documentation via the agreed review and sign-off process and version management process (where applicable)
  • Support timely delivery of all programme deliverables and reports from the delivery management team, making them aware of upcoming deliverables and chasing where necessary
  • Update day to day change tracking & monitoring systems (based on inputs from delivery managers and work stream leads) to keep it up to date. Prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports from the tracking system as and when required



What We're Looking For:

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs at A-C Grade
  • Prince2 qualification desirable

Skills

  • Expert MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, Power point), Intermediate MS Project and Visio skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively, Strong report writing skills, Willingness and ability to manage and take ownership of PMO processes

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in a PMO Analyst / Project support roles
  • Awareness of contractual obligations in relation to change delivery on the various accounts
