£52.46 /hourly PAYE; up to £70/hourly through Umbrella rate

37 hours; FT (WFH Split)

Site: Stevenage

MBDA UK, a trusted partner of the Ministry of Defence, is currently seeking a highly skilled Proving Engineer to join their Integration and Proving Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning, preparing, conducting, and reporting on Equipment Level Proving activities for our cutting-edge defence solutions. Our trials take place at various state-of-the-art facilities across the UK.

What We're looking For:

High-performing teams need conclusive and competent individuals. To be qualified for this role, Individuals will be able to demonstrate several the following attributes:

• A degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• Self-motivation, drive, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Proven experience in writing trials and technical documentation.
• An understanding and appreciation of electronics technologies and the innovative products designed and produced by MBDA would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with Systems Proving Process and associated methodologies.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• The ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of internal customers, sub-contractors, partners, and suppliers at engineering and management levels.
