Our client is a trusted partner of the UK Ministry of Defence, and they are currently searching for a highly skilled Proving Engineer to join their Integration and Proving Team. In this role, you will have a crucial part to play in planning, preparing, conducting, and reporting on equipment-level proving activities for our client's state-of-the-art defence solutions. Our client's trials are held in various cutting-edge facilities across the UK. This is a full-time hybrid role, with a workframe of 4-5 days onsite per week, and the possibility of a contract extension or permanent employment.

What We're looking for:

High-performing teams need conclusive and competent individuals. To be qualified for this role, Individuals will be able to demonstrate several the following attributes:

  • A degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Self-motivation, drive, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven experience in writing trials and technical documentation.
  • An understanding and appreciation of electronics technologies and the innovative products designed and produced by MBDA would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Systems Proving Process and associated methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
  • The ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of internal customers, sub-contractors, partners, and suppliers at engineering and management levels.
