We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Cardiff team on Saturdays and Sundays.
What You'll Do:
- Greet patients and visitors with a smile, making their experience positive from the moment they arrive.
- Be the go-to person for information, directions, and support within the facility.
- Manage calls and messages efficiently, ensuring everyone gets the help they need.
- Work alongside a passionate team dedicated to excellence and care.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A high degree of professionalism and empathy, especially when supporting those who may be anxious or upset.
- A DBS check is essential.
