We're looking for a Recruitment Business Partner to work in a remote capacity with weekly travel to our on-site location in West London.
A day in the life of a Recruitment Business Partner at Guidant Global includes…
Working in a delivery focused role handling vacancies and relationships across various different business areas so a specific client ensuring the recruitment process runs seamlessly and be on hand to provide excellent recruitment expertise! - This role will be a split role between supporting the recruitment of contingent labour and supporting the future talent programme.
Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Service relationship development and management across key customer stakeholders and suppliers
- Development of best practice and knowledge share across client.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the account, including the requisition fulfilment process and talent expert liaising with hiring communities.
- Screen, interview, assess candidates in-line with the company and client standards where applicable, ensuring a detailed understanding of their job and career requirements
- Use outstanding knowledge of recruitment to build confidence and credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Proactively look for ways to improve the customer experience utilising industry best practice, technology and innovation.
What we're looking for
You will need to be a proactive, consultative recruiter who can build professional and collaborative relationships. You should also have previous recruitment experience (ideally within MSP outsourcing), be highly organised, with excellent people skills and have a good level of MS Office experience, a real passion for maintaining relationships and be an ambassador for Guidant Global.
