We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator in Heathrow on a permanent basis.
A day in the life of a Recruitment Coordinator at Guidant Global includes…
Working closely with your recruitment colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the candidate attraction, assessing and on-boarding process. This role will be paramount in ensuring that we have a steady stream of applications to ensure 100% fill at our Assessment Centres for our high-volume recruitment campaigns. You will manage several aspects of our client's recruitment process, supporting our candidate attraction methods and liaising with our candidates to support them through the initial stages of their applications, right the way through until they start within the business.
Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with candidates by email, text and phone to ensure they are moving through the different stages of the application process.
- Supporting candidates with booking onto the Assessment Centre dates.
- Updating candidate outcome results onto a central database.
- Updating GDPR data onto a central database.
- Managing other processes, as defined by our client.
- Working to tight timelines, you will ensure all tasks are achieved within our client's SLA.
- Joint management of the candidate applications mailbox.
- Attending our Assessment Centres, as required, weekly, to complete all compliance checks with attendees.
- Supporting with security interviews at Waterside.
- Creating Assessment Centre appointments.
- Inviting candidates and ensuring 100% fill rates.
- Managing candidate 'no shows' to provide a further opportunity to attend an Assessment Centre.
- Update internal databases and sharing information with other colleagues.
- Supporting with feedback surveys.
- All other administration duties, as advised by your Line Manager.
- Supporting with other resourcing activities, due to business demands, covering holidays etc.
- Ensure a 'first class' candidate experience at all times.

Ideally, you will be from a resourcing / recruitment background and have experience of processes, candidate engagement and be computer literate.
