About the Role

We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator on permanent basis to work on site in Cheltenham to provide administrative support for all on-site personnel to enable them to perform effectively in their roles. Ensure the smooth running of recruitment administration and scheduling in order to assist the operational team to enhance the customer experience, whilst ensuring service excellence. To ensure that Guidant values and guiding principles are upheld in everything you do, and that any action you take continually works towards achieving 'high road' recruitment practices. Ensure that a good understanding of the company business strategies is maintained, and actively support as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver unrivalled candidate care by embodying and embracing Guidant values and guiding principles.
  • Support, implement and monitor a defined induction and on - boarding process.
  • Provide administrative support to the team with care programmes, such as drop - in sessions satisfaction surveys.
  • Answer incoming calls and e-mails in a professional and responsive manner and within the 24-hour KPI response time.
  • Support candidates through the request for reasonable adjustments process.
  • Have a good understanding of the operational processes and systems, working to agreed SLA's and KPI's.
  • Responsible for ensuring candidates are moved through the process in a timely manner, working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff points.
  • Ensure the recruitment system is updated throughout the recruitment process.
  • Responsible for uploading CVs and recording interviews and offers.
  • System reconciliations and data cleansing activities.
  • Support Business Partners with providing regular updates and transfer of information from onsite to offsite to the Recruitment Team, such as feedback, interview dates and offers.
  • Produce weekly recruitment reports for the Account Manager; weekly starter and leaver reports, candidate offers list, live roles, candidates in assignment.
  • Manage daily administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the office, such as, booking meeting rooms, scheduling visitor details, inbox management, etc.
  • Implement, maintain, and improve administrative systems to effectively support the management of recruitment processes
  • Help to arrange candidate interviews and ensure all associated information is tracked/logged. Coordinate room booking, visitor passes and other tasks ahead of the interview.
  • Support with scheduling and the organisation of assessment centres and interview panels.
  • Willingness to support with recruitment activities, as and when required

What we're looking for

We need a proactive and professional coordinator who can build relationships by naturally building rapport with our customers (team, candidates, workers and clients). You will need to be highly organised, reliable and have a good level of MS Office experience with experience off working in a busy administration or customer service environment.

You will be required to undergo Security Clearance for the role which will be discussed at application stage.
