Residential Worker
Salary: £23,600 per annum
Location: Oxted, Surrey, RH8 0RD
Hours: Permanent, Full-Time (working 37 hours per week on a rota basis including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays)

What is the role?
- By helping young people in all aspects of their daily lives and supporting their health and happiness by acting as a Key Worker. This includes personal care, administering medication and assisting / serving at meal times.
- By taking a lead on care planning.
- By arranging and attending medical appointments.
- By writing reports and attending multi-professional meetings.
- By providing a safe environment where they can enjoy time with their friends and lead on delivering activities.
- By working towards giving them a positive future.

What will you need?
- Commitment to working a range of shift patterns.
- Experience of working with people with disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with an energetic personality.
- A positive approach, providing a fun environment for all the children in our care.
- Supportive and patient nature.
- Ability to use MS Office and excellent I.T skills.
- Full driving licence and own vehicle.
A level 3 Diploma or NVQ in Health and Social Care is desirable, not essential.
