Job Overview
Guidant Global are searching for a Rewards advisor Support the team in providing expert reward advice, guidance, and education to the People Team, whilst working closely with the BSC, Employee Relations, Organisational Effectiveness, Talent and Performance, Resourcing and People Business Partnering teams on reward and benefits related matters.
Principle Accountabilities
- Support the implementation and delivery of multiple reward projects
- Support the annual reward processes and lead on components of the processes / projects:
- Annual Salary Reviews
- Out of Cycle Salary Review
- Variable pay launches, payout, performance updates (including Bonus Plans, Long Term Incentives Plans)
- Salary Surveys
- Benefit Renewals
- Recognition updates / analytics
- Ensure consistency with our job framework and design using Willis Towers Watson for job evaluations
- Participate in the development and implementation of the overall reward strategy
- Pay / reward / benefit data analysis, producing data / information dashboards as and when required
- Reviewing reward governance, processes and ensuring reward compliance across the business
- Data production for monthly / quarterly / annual reporting (including RemCo)
- Data analysis to support reward decisions and recommendations
- Manage the day-to-day operational requirements of multiple reward, benefits and recognition plans
- Support the delivery of reward projects end-to-end
- Support the delivery of reward change initiatives
- Deliver the annual pay reporting processes (Gender Pay Gap / Ethnicity Pay Gap / CEO Pay Ratio / Equal Pay Audit)
- Through internal and external networking look to continually improve Reward policies, procedures and practices building on best practice
- Working with the team to identify issues on all reward systems

Qualifications
Excellent MS office application knowledge including Excel, PowerPoint and Word |

Experience of Job Evaluations process desirable |
