This individual with work closely with the Portfolio Management team, Operations & Corporate team. The core function of role will be to promote TOG's Tech products and all other TOG Products to prospective and existing members. The portfolio IT Account manager should enable our members to understand and receive the best value from TOG's Tech product offering.

What you can expect as our Sales IT Account Manager

Build proactive strategy across region

  • Delivering above and beyond revenue expectations against budget and targets set for the IT Sales team
  • Engage with potential clients alongside the Sales team to assist in the education and possibilities of TOG's Tech offering.
  • Report against KPIs and Corporate/PM client trends across portfolio weekly and quarterly
  • Develop a renewal strategy for IT alongside the Portfolio Managers & Building Managers to arm them with the tools required to successfully deliver on client retention
  • Proactively spot opportunities across the portfolio to engage with clients to deliver the best member experience and drive increased revenue within our buildings
  • Run ongoing training bespoke to each team's specifications to enhance performance.
