Working Pattern: 10:30 am - 7:30 pm, 5 days out of 7 (weekdays and weekends)

As a Sales Support Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations by supporting the sales team and enhancing the overall client experience. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic retail environment, working with premium products, high standards, and a collaborative team culture.

You will support the Front-of-House team by assisting with tasks such as retrieving sizes, maintaining fitting room standards, and upholding store presentation. Please note, this role does not involve directly serving clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team across the shop floor and stockroom to deliver a seamless experience for customers.
  • Assist with accurate and timely processing of sales transactions while maintaining high standards at the point of sale.
  • Contribute to meeting store targets by ensuring efficient product flow between stockroom and shop floor.
  • Maintain store presentation and visual standards in line with brand guidelines.
  • Handle stock deliveries, tagging, ticketing, and store transfers.
  • Prepare tills for trading, complete daily cash reports, and follow all POS procedures.
  • Wrap and package purchases to the highest presentation standards.
  • Take part in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on brand initiatives and product launches.
  • Follow health & safety and loss prevention procedures.
  • Use digital tools effectively to support daily operations.
