Join the Stafford Duty and Assessment Team, a close-knit group of 7 skilled social workers working together to support our community. Convenient parking is available in Stafford Town Centre.
Key Responsibilities:
🏠 Conduct initial visits and comprehensive assessments
👥 Engage in direct work with service users
📝 Manage a varied caseload efficiently
🧑🏫 Contribute to supervisory or practice development roles (for Senior Practitioner level)
🤝 Support team learning and development where applicable
