Join North East Lincolnshire Council's Children's Assessment & Safeguarding Service, where your Social Work expertise will help create positive, lasting change for children and families. You'll work within a supportive team led by knowledgeable and caring managers who truly value high-quality practice.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
🧒 Carry out timely assessments in line with policy & practice guidance.
📝 Formulate, implement & review care plans for children and families.
🛡️ Work across assessment, child in need, child protection & court proceedings.
🤝 Support families to thrive, empowering them to achieve the best outcomes.
👨👩👧 Work collaboratively with multi-agency partners to safeguard children.
✨ What We're Looking For
✔️ Experienced Social Worker within statutory Children's Services.
✔️ Strong assessment, safeguarding, and care-planning skills.
✔️ Passionate, ambitious, and committed to improving children's lives.
