Role: Service Desk Operators, DV Security Clearance required
Location: London
Contract: 12-months
Daily Rate: £150 plus "shift allowance"
We are currently seeking several experienced Service Desk Operators to work with our exceptional client in a secure environment. The service desk function acts as the first line support to the customers networks and data processing systems.
These are customer facing roles and you will be the first point of engagement for our customer.
The operation is run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shifts are based on an 8-hour day and you will be paid "Shift disturbance allowance" equivalent to about £50 daily.
The roles require proactive system monitoring and fault diagnosis as well as data entry and verification.
What we are looking for?
Familiarity with IT Service Management concepts
Excellent customer service skills
Accuracy and efficiency in data-entry / data-verification
Ability to gather and interpret system monitoring information to rapidly diagnose underlying faults
Fundamental knowledge of modern telecommunication technologies and knowledge of ITIL(v3) Service Operations processes (ITILv3 Foundation Certificate level) would be advantageous.
