📝 Key Responsibilities:
💼 Expert Social Work Practice: Provide high-quality social work in complex cases, assessing and managing high levels of risk to ensure effective decision-making.
⚖️ Leadership & Development: Take a leadership role in guiding and supporting the learning and development of other professionals, offering supervision, mentoring, and teaching.
🔍 Complex Case Management: Lead in complex case assessments and decision-making, ensuring the appropriate services and interventions are provided.
🎯 Essential Skills & Experience:
🎓 Qualified Social Worker with valid HCPC registration.
💼 At least 3 years post-qualification experience in adult social work, particularly in complex case management.
⚖️ Leadership experience: Proven ability to take a leadership role, mentoring and supervising junior staff.
Strong knowledge of adult safeguarding, mental health, and risk management.
📝 Excellent communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to lead and guide teams effectively.
