💼 About the Role:
As a Children's Social Worker, you'll manage a complex caseload of children in need (CIN), child protection (CP), looked after children (CLA), and legal proceedings (Care Proceedings, PLO, Private Law). You'll be working in a dynamic team using the Signs of Safety model to build trust, reduce risk, and prevent escalation. 🚸
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Manage CIN, CP, CLA, PLO & Private Law cases
🔹 Lead and attend family network meetings
🔹 Engage in direct work with children and families
🔹 Build strong support networks to reduce risk and ensure safety
🔹 Participate in court work and legal proceedings
🔹 Collaborate with other professionals in a team-oriented environment
