Staffordshire County Council is seeking experienced Social Workers, Senior Social Workers, and Advanced/Senior Practitioners to join the Assessment and Staying Together Team in Stafford. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a stable, supportive service focused on strong frontline practice and keeping families together wherever possible.
This role is based at SP1 Stafford, with on-site parking available, and sits within a well-established team led by a Social Work Practice Lead.

Team size: 8 practitioners

The Role
Supporting the progression of Child in Need plans
Working closely with and supporting Early Help Practitioners
Completing Section 47 investigations
Undertaking Initial Child Protection Conference (ICPC) reviews
Completing Section 7 and Section 37 reports
Delivering high-quality, child- and adolescent-focused assessments and interventions
