SoW Business Partner
Location: Remote, with occasional travel to London

We are excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a SoW Business Partner to join our team! The SoW Business Partner is responsible for the day-to-day creation and maintenance of customer requisition fulfillment via phone, email, and online.

This role involves working with clients in all departments, helping them raise SOW requirements and create deliverables within the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between customer and Supplier to administer SOW engagement process.
  • Assist customer with content creation for RFI/RFPs to be released.
  • Liaise with suppliers over terms and conditions acceptance, using internal legal team expertise for guidance.
  • Assist customer with analysis of RFI/RFP responses from Supplier to ensure suitability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Track supplier progress in fulfillment of their open SOW requirement including assistance with content development and recommendations for deliverables, SLAs, penalties, and payment characteristics.
  • Work with the client to keep timing to SLAs and document as appropriate.
  • Support and administer the complete hiring process of a SOW Provider for the customer; assist the client in the maintenance of the Fieldglass software application used to support the program.
  • Understand, explain, and defend the value proposition of the SOW program to the customer.

About You:

  • Experience in SoW/Procurement.
  • Experienced in Sourcing Suppliers.
  • Contract negotiating.
  • Ability to interpret and clarify customer needs within SOW framework, including deliverables and milestones.
  • Experience in identifying issues and providing solutions.
  • Experience with one or more Contract Management technologies, specifically SAP Fieldglass.
