Job Description:

The SRM (Supplier Relationship Management) Analyst will assist in the execution of the MSP-centric processes and procedures that relate to the supply base, which include:

  • New Supplier Adoptions
  • Tracking and actively pushing suppliers throughmultistep on-boarding phases as quickly as possible
    • Collecting 10-12 documents per supplier and distributing them internally to teams who need that data (including Certificates of insurance (COI's) & facilitating the redline negotiation process
  • Supplier Compliance (Certificate of Insurance, Diversity)
  • Ideal candidate should be able to read and understand insurance requirements and be comfortable talking to suppliers about their deficiencies.
  • Maintenance of accurate supply base reporting
  • Have intermediate Excel skills to track supplier through the entire life cycle of their tenure.
  • Consistently and accurately update Supplier Matrix.
  • Facilitate and own contract-related updates with supply base
  • Comfortable reading and discussing contract basics with suppliers including saying no to redlines.
  • Distribution of supply base communications and collection of data (sharing with internal team members where applicable).
  • Facilitate corrective actions and supplier terminations according to documented process.
  • Recording and distribution of supplier scorecards
  • PMO (Program Management Office) support for ongoing supplier analysis andfulfillment
    • Including regularly scheduled meeting with each PMO to serve as checkins on adoptions and any special projects in the pipeline.
  • Supporting SRM strategic Programs (INFluence, Strategic Supplier Reviews)
  • Support project teams related to suppliers, to include sun-setting, worker transitions, terminations, optimization efforts, expansions and implementations all according to documented processes.

SRM Analysts will actively participate in the development and improvement of all major processes and programs within the SRM practice. In addition, the SRM Analyst will participate in special projects and be required to exhibit creative thinking and produce unique solutions. The SRM Analyst will be responsible for specific customers and suppliers in their own portfolio of MSP Programs. This requires the ability to swiftly move back and forth between programs, triaging critical items while making every PMO (our internal customers) feel as though they are our only priority.

  • Ability to read and understand timelines in Excel and Project, and strong commitment to meeting deliverables as outlined by the PM.
  • Problem solve and present conceptual information to all levels of internal management
  • Negotiate with Suppliers and Program Offices within Managed Solutions
  • Participate on Managed Solutions cross-functional teams
  • Initiate actions to cure performance deficiencies
  • Identify and communicate overall system or process improvement opportunities related to VMS product, process, and quality systems.
  • Cross functional management of multiple processes and programs.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with multiple shared mailboxes and a ticketing system

Required Experience:
