Burberry is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their prestigious team.
This recruitment role will play an integral part in meeting recruitment needs and supporting the business in an efficient and customer-focused manner. The Talent Acquisition Specialist role will liaise with hiring managers, HRBPs, the wider HR team, and critical business leads. It will be responsible for delivering a luxury candidate journey through the entire recruitment process.

Attracting a diverse pool of high-quality candidates matching our client's values
Assessing candidate applications, proactively sourcing suitable candidates, and conducting telephone screening
Leading full and detailed job briefings with hiring managers to manage multiple vacancies independently
Providing interview coaching to hiring managers and internal candidates where needed
To be successful in this Talent Acquisition job, you will need previous in-house and recruitment agency experience working on technical roles (IT required, digital beneficial). You will also need excellent computer skills and knowledge of the primary software packages (Microsoft Office). Additionally, this Talent Acquisition Partner role will require prioritising and juggling to-do lists and commercially delivering advice.
