Hyde is looking to recruit a Talent and Workforce Development Specialist to manage the delivery of all talent programmes. Working as part of the Organisation Development team, you will work closely with HR Business Partners and senior teams to validate, agree and create development programmes for participants in our talent pool. You will also play a key role in helping Hyde develop its younger workforce.

Duties
- Create and manage talent development programmes for c100 people in Hyde's talent pool
- Create a robust link between business needs and project and secondment opportunities and the talent pool.
- Deliver training to managers to support the identification of talented people.
- Provide a point of expertise for managers on all aspects of talent management.
- Maintain and promote up to date positive career stories
- Develop Hyde's approach to attract and retain a younger workforce
- Design and deliver plans to support the creation of a younger workforce demographic
- Organise/attend external events to attract a younger workforce to Hyde
- Work with the Head of Organisational Development to develop leadership interventions and programmes as required.
- Develop plans to meet future skills related requirements arising from workforce planning.
