The Role

Are you ready to take the lead in ensuring first-class onboarding services for Guidant Global clients? We are seeking a dedicated individual to uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional service quality. Your core focus is to manage the entire end to end lifecycle of our talent, once offered an assignment ensuring we provide excellent customer service by embracing our promised based culture and always striving for #ABetterWay.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide onboarding administration services aligned with Guidant Global and client requirements.

  • Oversee security clearance processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.

  • Offer supportive onboarding services to Hiring Managers, Account teams, and Candidates, fostering positive relationships.

  • Develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Conduct team resource planning to ensure adequate staffing levels for managing work volume effectively.

  • Ensure the team consistently exceeds SLA targets, meeting client requirements.

  • Take ownership of managing Onboarding Coordinators and support team, providing operational support as needed.

About You:

  • Strong team management skills and the ability to lead effectively.

  • Advanced communication and relationship management abilities.

  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Proficiency in IT, particularly with strong Word and Excel skills.

  • Capability to analyse data and provide recommendations for service enhancements.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
