Guidant Global is looking to add a full-time Talent Engagement Partner to our inclusive and collaborative team. This is a remote role that comes with a favourable salary of between £24,000-£26,000, and the chance to take the next step in your career within a global organisation.
As a Talent Partner, you will deliver the best talent across the customer portfolio utilising the Care Hub and drive fulfilment and provide service excellence to our customers by embracing a promised-based culture. You will also manage the recruitment life-cycle across multiple client accounts and build good relationships with our customers, candidates, and external partners.

- Creating and managing the shift requirements for client services/units ensuring the appropriate levels of resourcing are met as per client SLAs
- Providing advice on best routes to market
- Ensuring all job vacancies are fully qualified with the hiring manager/decision-maker
- Conducting talent heat mapping across your market area
- Consistently providing an outstanding candidate and worker experience
To succeed in this HR Talent Acquisition role, you should have previous recruitment experience (ideally working on key accounts). Other essential requirements and attributes for this position include:
- Good organisational skills
- Excellent people skills
- A good level of MS Office experience
- A proactive mindset
