Talent Engagement Partner

Location: On-site Filton

The Role

The role of the Talent Engagement Partner is to provide quality On-boarding and Pre-Employment administration services and to manage the On-Boarding Process for Guidant's client base. The role will involve processing all requests for criminal record checks, employment references, Right to Work and all other Pre-employment screening checks as required. The role will involve liaising with Hiring Managers, Resource Consultants and Candidates ensuring a high level and quality of service is always achieved to ensure all candidates receive a seamless On-boarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to the talent we engage across our customer base either directly or through engagement with 3rd parties
  • Focused on achieving talent engagement in line with client KPI's and SLA's
  • Ensure that all relevant worker checks have been completed prior to an applicant starting a position with a Guidant Global customer
  • Accurately maintain all aspects of the contingent and/or permanent workforce data to enable management information to be given/presented to the client
  • Responsible for managing the talent (direct and/or 3rd party via supplier engagement) journey whilst on assignment
  • Provide timely updates to our talent & suppliers in relation to onboarding & work closely with Talent Resourcing Partners
  • Complete and issue new & updated contracts to directly engaged candidates across multiple engagement methods-PAYE, Ltd
  • Provide assignment detail to Umbrella companies and provide updates whilst on assignment where required and ensure confirmation is received once talent is engaged through this channel
  • Support all candidate engagement & talent resourcing colleagues, taking a "can do" approach to ensuring all targets are met and documentation processed efficiently and effectively
  • Support with internal audits and data management

What we're looking for

  • Experience in Pre-Employment screening
  • Knowledge of UK Right to Work eligibility
  • Ability to work under pressure & to tight deadlines
  • Exceptional accuracy & consistency in managing processes
  • Developed communication & relationship management skills via phone, email
  • Effective time management
  • Aptitude for IT, including strong word & excel skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Numerate, literate & articulate
  • You will be required to undergo BPSS Security Clearance for the role
