We're looking for a Talent Resourcing Manager on a permanent basis to work in a remote capacity
A day in the life of a Talent Resourcing Manager at Guidant Global includes…
To deliver the best talent across the Guidant customer portfolio. To drive fulfilment and provide service excellence to our customers (clients, candidates, workers & suppliers) by embracing a promised based culture. To manage the recruitment life cycle across multiple client accounts and to build strong, long-standing relationships with our Customers, Candidates and External Partners. To act as an ambassador for Guidant Global, ensuring that our values and guiding principles are upheld in everything that you do and that any action taken, continually works towards achieving 'high road' recruitment practices whilst actively driving the company business strategy.
Some of your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Provide expert to expert hiring manager experience by providing external market insight into the best talent, route to market and leverage best practice methods to sourcing talent
- Provide a quality, highly engaging and consultative recruitment service to clients in-line with the requirements of the client and company
- To be focused on achieving recruitment delivery in line with client KPI's and SLA's
- Provide advice on best routes to market including guidance on salaries where applicable
- Manage client, candidate & supplier expectations throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- To oversee the team to deliver the best talent to our customers in adherence with agreed KPI's and SLA's
- To act as a Coach / Mentor for Talent Partners
- To lead by example, influencing those around you to act professionally and align behaviours to the company values & guiding principles
- Support Client Services Manager in identifying opportunities for process & technology improvements
- Proactively build and maintain strong and collaborative relationships with CSM's, Delivery Coordinators and subject matter experts across Guidant Global
What we're looking for
We need a proactive, consultative recruiter, who can build professional and collaborative relationships by naturally building rapport with all Customers (Client, Team, Candidates, Workers and Suppliers). You will have previous recruitment experience, ideally working on key accounts and be highly organised, with excellent people skills and have a good level of MS Office experience.
